Q: Why do I have to pre-book?
A: Pre-booking allows us to schedule our rota to ensure the best possible service, also, by pre-booking you are guaranteeing your space at peak season times. It is quite common for airport parking spaces at Alicante to be in short supply during peak holiday weeks.

Q: How and when do I pay?
A: Payment can be made either by cash or card at the commencement of the contracted period.

Q: How do I find your facility?
A: When meeting new clients for the first time, we generally arrange to meet at a pre-determined meeting point so that clients can follow our representative back to the compound, which is conveniently located right next to the main runway of the airport, ensuring minimum transfer times for clients. 

Q: How do I get back to the airport?
A: Once the initial Meet and Greet has taken place and contract formalities have been completed, we transfer you back to the airport in one of our courtesy vehicles.

Q: How are weeks calculated?
A: A one week stay is 8 days, two weeks 15, and so on. Some customers associate one week with 7 days. Monday to Sunday is 7 days, Monday to Monday, 8 days.

Q: What happens if I need to extend my contracted period?
A: Extensions to contracted parking by clients are acceptable when notified at least 24 hours in advance and are charged as a new parking contract, providing space is available.
